BigCommerce Passport Shipping App Instructions

Installation:

  • Install the Passport Shipping app from the BigCommerce marketplace.
  • Select the link to contact Passport Sales.
  • Passport will generate your account for international shipping.
  • The Passport Shipping app will show a message that “Passport is running.”
  • Your customers can prepay for their duties and taxes for a seamless shipping experience during checkout.
  • Contact our support team at any time for questions or concerns about international shipping at partners@passportshipping.com​.
  • Navigate to Store Set-up > Shipping from the left-hand menu of BigCommerce.
  • In the checkout shipping options, select “Edit” for the international locations where you want to ship with Passport.
  • Turn on “Passport Global, Inc” under the Real-time shipping quotes section.

Real-Time Shipping Quotes:

  • Save your changes for the country.
  • You can test out your rates by adding items to your cart and checking out with an address in one of the countries or regions you have set up with Passport!
