Information We Collect
Personal Data refers to data that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify you. When you visit, use, or otherwise access the Service, we collect certain Personal Data from you. The type of Personal Data that we collect may depend on how the Service applies to you. For example, businesses that use our Service to ship items to their customers disclose Personal Data about their customers to us; users that register to use our Service provide Personal Data for account setup and to use the Service; and we may collect Personal Data from users that visit our site.
Specifically, Personal Data may include information:

- that is protected under California’s records destruction law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), such as financial account information;
- that is about you but individually may not specifically identify you, such as usage data reflecting what pages, links, features, and tools you use on the Service and your transaction history; and/or
- about your internet connection (e.g., IP address), the equipment and software you use to access the Service (e.g., unique device identifiers, log files, information about your browser, operating system, software, and devices (collectively, “Personal Data”).
Data Minimization
We minimize the Personal Data we collect to that which is necessary to accomplish the objectives itemized in the Use of Your Information section.
Legal Basis for the Information We Collect
The legal bases under which we process your Personal Data include your consent, our legitimate interests, to satisfy our contractual obligations, or to satisfy our legal obligations.

Your Personal Data may be used to facilitate the purchase of postage and to fulfill transactional reporting requirements for US Postal Service postage systems. Collection is authorized by 39 U.S.C. 401, 403, and 404. Providing the information is voluntary, but if not provided, your transaction may not be processed. The US Postal Service does not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except to facilitate the transaction, to act on your behalf or request, or as legally required. This includes the following limited circumstances: to a congressional office on your behalf; to financial entities regarding financial transaction issues; to a US Postal Service auditor; to entities, including law enforcement, as required by law or in legal proceedings; and to contractors and other entities aiding us to fulfill the service (service providers). For more information regarding USPS privacy policies, visit www.usps.com/privacypolicy.
