  Countries Requiring a Consumer ID

Customs may require a Consumer ID for personal shipments to certain countries, each with its own specific ID type. For DDP shipments, merchants should collect this ID from consumers to prevent delays. For DDU shipments, Customs will request the ID directly from the consumer.
